You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prep Gremlin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Premium subscriptions and payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
When you subscribe to a premium plan:
We accept various payment methods through Stripe, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as made available by Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or cancel your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by accessing the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

If we offer a free trial, it will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We do not guarantee that the Service will improve your LSAT scores or that any specific results will be achieved.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREP GREMLIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prep Gremlin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, including but not limited to any copyright infringement claims related to content you upload to the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
